HERE'S HOW WE DO IT!

Our step by step cleaning process that delivers outstanding unbeatable results.

Step 1 – Inspection - Before cleaning your carpets, we conduct a full inspection, checking the fibres and noting any significant problems.
Step 2 – Dry Soil Extraction - We pre-vacuum the whole carpet. This is an important part of our cleaning process, as a commercial vacuum cleaner can remove up to 80% of dry soiling. A professional dry soil extraction at the start will enable a superior deep clean and outstanding result.
Step 3 – Unique Pre-Stain Treatment - We treat all stains beforehand with our eco-friendly solutions.
Step 4 – Specialist Pre-Spray - The spray breaks down dirt particles and is baby-safe, pet safe and great for asthma and allergen sufferers. No harsh chemicals are used.

Step 5 – Pre-Grooming (Agitation) - The Pro 35 machine brushes the solution deep into the carpet fibres, loosening all the dirt and breaking them down, as well as lifting the pile and rejuvenating the fibres.
Step 6 – Rinse and Extraction - Our Airlex Storm Professional rinses the carpet with pre-treated water that stops your carpet from quickly resolving. It extracts all this moisture and dirt back up into the machine and out of your carpet, leaving it beautifully clean, fresh and fluffy and dry in 1 – 4 hours.
Step 7 – Protection and inspection - Your furniture is repositioned with protection underneath it to prevent any colour stain while the carpet is slightly moist.
